Eligibility and ownership
Customers must meet the minimum legal age, use their own account, and submit only lawfully acquired gift cards they have authority to sell. Identity or source-of-funds checks may be required.
Quotes and orders
A quote is valid only for the stated period. An accepted quote creates an order subject to card verification. Face value does not equal payout value, and a card may be rejected if invalid, previously redeemed, restricted, or inconsistent with the submitted information.
Payouts
Payouts are sent only to a method recorded on the platform. Processing estimates are not guarantees and may be extended for compliance, provider, network, or fraud review.
Platform-only communication
Customers and staff may not bypass platform controls, exchange external contact details for a transaction, manipulate rates, or solicit off-platform trades.
Prohibited activity
Stolen cards, fraud, impersonation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, automation abuse, chargeback abuse, and interference with security controls are prohibited.
Launch requirement
These terms are a product placeholder. Counsel must add the legal entity, governing law, dispute process, fees, warranties, liability terms, refund rules, and jurisdiction-specific consumer disclosures before public launch.
